By signing up with VofferU.co.uk you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. VofferU.co.uk may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its registered customers. Registered customers will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with VofferU.co.uk. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement
You must provide genuine details when joining VofferU.co.uk and validate your email address. If any details are entered incorrectly your account will be closed and any VOU points in it will be forfeited.
Liability Limitations:
VofferU.co.uk, sometimes, refer users to other Websites. For this reason it's important to note that the terms of service in this agreement apply to our site alone, i.e. any page that is physically housed on our servers and displays “vofferu.co.uk” in your browser's URL. Though we work very hard to ensure that we affiliate only with reputable advertisers and will immediately terminate our agreements with those who behave irresponsibly, we are not in control of actions that occur once you've clicked away from our site. We remind you that it's always good Web surfing practice to check any site's terms of service before supplying any personal information.
Consequences of Violating These Terms:
Violating any of the terms of this agreement will result in the closure of your VofferU.co.uk registered membership and the forfeiture of any VOU points. It is our policy to be reasonable, so if you feel any action has been taken in error we encourage you to contact us to review your situation on a case-specific basis. However, VofferU.co.uk. reserves the right to terminate any member account for any reason.
Legal Compliance:
You agree to comply with all local, state, province, country or regional laws that may be applicable to your use of the Internet and your registered membership at VofferU.co.uk.
Responsibility of Registered customers:
You must be 16 years of age or older to participate in this program. All details that we request in our registration form must be provided. Some competitions have age restrictions, such as some are open to everyone, some only to over 18's or in some cases age restrictions may vary such as over 30's only. Our program is open to United Kingdom Registered customers only. You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the registration process and may not assume a false identity. Competitions are not open to staff of VofferU.co.uk or staff of companies hosting the competitions.
We only allow one account per individual.
Others:
Competitions found on VofferU.co.uk may also be advertised on other websites. Unless otherwise stated prizes will be provided directly by the advertisers. If you wish to find out who won a competition please contact the advertiser directly after the closing date.
When entering competitions advertised on our registration form and throughout our website the sponsors of each competition have the right to contact you periodically via email and other sources if stated.
All competitions may be subject to additional rules that will either be displayed on our website or the website of the company sponsoring the competition.
Information regarding your mobile phone contract will be passed to a recommended retailer who may wish to contact you before the expiration of your current contract.
Spam:
You may not promote your referrals through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your registered membership with VofferU.co.uk. and may result in legal prosecution.
VofferU.co.uk. strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime.
Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future VOU points, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident.
We can suspend any account for any reason at any time and withhold your VOU points, however we only do to accounts that we suspect of committing fraudulent transactions.

Reasons for VofferU.co.uk accounts being terminated without notice and forfeiture of any/all VOU points may include, but are not limited to:
  • Profane language or threats in communications with VofferU.co.uk. Staff.
  • Spam!
  • Any suspicious account activity or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Any other practice or conduct deemed by VofferU.co.uk as inappropriate.
